INGLEWOOD, Calif. — Three days after saying there was no advisency in getting All-Pro expansive getr CeeDee Lamb signed to a tight extension, Dallas Cowboys owner and vague deal withr Jerry Jones struck a separateent tone Sunday.
“Now I comprehfinish endly the angst that’s happening when you’re worried about and someone says anyleang about whether you’re missed or not. Well, CeeDee, you’re missed, OK?” Jones said on the Cowboys’ pregame show prior to their preseason uncoverer aachievest the Los Angeles Rams. “But you’re not missed out here competing and it doesn’t put any prescertain any place on us.”

The Cowboys have been in talkions with Lamb think abouting an extension that would originate him among the highest paid getrs in the NFL. The Minnesota Vikings signed Justin Jefferson to a four-year, $140 million deal that made him the highest-paid non-quarterback in the NFL.
