A rapper is due to eunite in court tomorrow in uniteion with a video in which menaces involving firearms were allegedly made agetst activist Tommy Robinson.
Omar Abdirizak, 30, from Sparkbrook, Birmingham, is one of the first people in the UK to face recent indicts under the Online Safety Act.
The rapper, originpartner from Somalia who carry outs under the stage name Twista Cheese, has been indictd with an offence unitecessitate to Section 179 of the Online Safety Act 2023.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson shelp: “He will eunite before court where he will be accused of transmiting increateation which was understandn to be counterfeit intending at the time of sending to cause non-inconvey inant psychoreasonable or physical harm to a probable audience.”

“He was also indictd with ownion of Class B substances and a racipartner degraded uncover order offence.”
He will eunite at Birmingham Magistrates’ on Monday 12 August.
