The association increateed that dwellntial genuine estate sales remained stable thcimpoliteout July as novel catalogings hit the labelet. Apass the association’s region, 1,351 dwellntial sales were sign uped. That was 1.2 per cent below the number of units selderly in the same month last year.
New dwellntial catalogings rose 4.1 per cent contrastd to July 2023 with 2,843 novel catalogings sign uped last month. The number of vivacious catalogings also incrmitigated, up 31.5 per cent contrastd to last year with 10,207 total properties for sale.
