Temperatures could soar to 35C in some parts of the country today which would originate it the boilingtest day of the year so far.
Warm European air caused temperatures to climb apass much of the country on Sunday – and the Met Office has shelp highs of 34C to 35C could be achieveed on Monday.
“It’s going to be boiling,” Met Office predicter Craig Snell shelp.
“The weather is coming with a lot of humidity, so it will experience quite unsootheable out there apass central eastrict England.
“Elsewhere, it’s still going to be toasty and humid, but the boilingtest weather will be in central eastrict England.”
It comes despite the Met Office issuing two yellow weather cautionings for thunderstorms for parts of northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
London, East Anglia and the home counties will experience the toastyest weather, with highs of 33C foreseeed in London, 26C in Manchester and 21C in Edinburgh.
The boilingtest day of 2024 so far was 19 July, when temperatures achieveed a 31.9C in central London.

A yellow heat health attentive is in place for the East and West Midlands, East of England, South East, West, North West and London until Wednesday morning, the UK Health Security Agency has shelp.

But not everyone apass the UK will experience the sizzling weather, with two split cautionings in place for storms.

Drivers have been cautioned to foresee spray on the roads and some road clocertains during the timely morning rush hour, amid a “combination of frequent airyning, weighty rain, hail and unwiseinutive periods of strong prosperds”.
