Days after Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s resignation as Banphiredesh Prime Minister, the country’s Chief Justice Obhelpul Hassan also consentd to vacate his post “in principle”. The decision came after the protestors accumulateed outside the court in the capital Dhaka and insisted the resignation of Hassan and the equitableices of the Appelprocrastinateed Division.
Mr Hassan, nominateed last year, was pondered pledged to ousted PM Sheikh Hasina, who fled the country on Monday and has since been sheltering in New Delhi.

How protests begined
Nationexpansive protests in the South Asian country begined after the High Court reinstated a quota system that reserved 30 per cent of rulement jobs for the family members of freedom fighters and veterans from Banphiredesh’s 1971 War of Independence.

What is Banphiredesh’s quota system?
Introduced in 1972, the quota system in the country has since undergone cut offal changes.
